IN HER IMAGE ---
Art Therapy for Women

An art-based therapy group for women seeking to explore, express and affirm themselves. Issues such as body image, sexuality, aging, family patterns, memories, wishes, wounds, creative strengths, and personal autonomy will be explored. Participants will use a variety of basic art materials, creative writing, dramatic encounters and music in a supportive group setting. Each group will develop its focus from the collective issues of the group members. No prior experience with art is necessary. Participants should contact Carol Lark (314-968-6868) to discuss the group before registering.

CoreDrama
Have you ever wanted to change the ending to a story?
Wished you had said what you really meant?
Wondered what might happen if…?

Psychodrama is a powerful action method that creates opportunities to explore past,
present and future experiences from many different points of view. Participants enter
into and transform internal and external reality through role reversals, experimental
dialogues, and scene changing. Through these methods, a much deeper awareness of
and appreciation for the self is gained.

CoreDrama is offered as an intensive day-long workshop on a variable monthly schedule.

Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break at noon.
